Skyline Ranch and Kennels is located in the beautiful Roaring Fork River Valley, about 150 miles west of the Great Divide and 40 miles downvalley from Aspen. Situated on a plateau ledge above the town of Carbondale, Skyline Ranch boasts a spectacular view of Mt. Sopris.

The Ranch itself sits on 42 acres, with a 125' x 250' heated indoor arena, 30 heated stalls, a separate monitored mare and foaling barn, and many fenced pastures.

Through the years, we are proud to have bred athletic reining horses that have excelled in the showpen.

Among them are Peeko Del Ceilo, who was the Rancho Murrietta Futurity Champion, 4th at the NRBC, 3rd at the Derby, and has over $45,000 lifetime NRHA earnings in limited showing.

Every year we cross our well bred mares on some of the best stallions in the reining industry, such as NRHA Million dollar sires Hollywood Dun It, Smart Chic Olena, and NRHA Futurity Champion sire Reminic. Our broodmare band isn't large, but it contains performers and proven producers, such as Vintage Badger, whose first colt, A Sparkling Vintage, has won several major NRHA titles, and over $50,000 in NRHA earnings.

We always have several outstanding prospects for sale, and we would love to discuss them with you. We are a full boarding facility for horses, and we can assist you in foaling out your mare in the spring. In addition, we have a full service and well established dog boarding kennel.
